Office Procedures
Our New Normal, Changes In Office Due To Covid-19
- Clients and office staff alike will be expected to wear a face mask or covering.
- We’ll practice social distancing in the office, and we’ll sit at least six feet apart during an office visit.
- We’ll minimize use of paper, displaying account and plan information on screen, virtually or video conference when possible.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in the office for use by clients and staff.
- All high-touch surface areas will be disinfected between each appointment.
- For scheduled meetings, please remain in your car upon arrival. Before entering, please call the office to be sure the previous appointment has left to avoid any unnecessary exposure to or interaction with others, and to be sure that all surfaces have been cleaned and disinfected.
More importantly, if you’re in a high-risk category for coronavirus or simply prefer not to meet face-to-face during these times, please let us know so we can make alternative plans to talk on the phone or online using video conference. If you’ve experienced a fever, cough, body aches, sore throat or any other potential symptoms in the two weeks leading up to your appointment, the recommended protocol is to err on the side of caution and reschedule for a future date or a virtual meeting instead. Again, simply let us know, and we’ll be happy to make the adjustments.
